What is wrong with Manny Ramirez?
June 30th, 2007 by czar

Manny Ramirez is now hitting .286, on pace to have his lowest BA since 1994 (in which in only had 290 AB)

He’s on pace for only 22 homers, his lowest HR output in the past 10 years was 33 HR. On pace for under 100 RBI (89 currently), which would be essentially his lowest RBI output in his career (counting full-time seasons).

He’s hitting .230 in close and late, .253 with RISP.

What is wrong with the Baby Bull? He has had cold Aprils before, but we’re halfway through the season and he looks lost out there.

About The Site

  • Traversing the land that is known as Red Sox Nation, The Czar Who Wears Red Sox is an attempt at compiling a repertoire of my ever-so-sexy forum posts (when I'm too lazy to write my own damn entry) and other random baseball thoughts that strike. For those whose posts serve as the inspiration of my epiphanies and rants, do not be angry, but merely, be honored that you have achieved such status. Names will never be revealed. Feedback appreciated, as this is a work in progress.
